CLINICAL TRIAL OPEN AT WRIGHT STATE UNIVERSITY
Developing a New Diagnostic Biomarker for ALS
The Neuro-Engineering, Rehabilitation, & Degeneration Lab at Wright State University (Dayton) invites you to participate in a two-visit research study. The goal is to develop a new diagnostic biomarker for ALS.
Participants will perform arm and leg muscle contractions while muscle activity is measured with non-invasive EMG sensors on the skin. There will be two sessions of approximately two hours each.
Adults aged 40-80, both with and without an ALS diagnosis, are encouraged to apply for the study. Some exclusions apply. Participants will be compensated $75 per visit.
